Water is essential for a healthy lifestyle and flawless-looking skin as it makes up 70% of our body mass.
Everybody wants to look young right? Your skin is the largest organ in your body. Staying hydrated with an adequate amount of water (6-8 glasses) every day will keep your body fuelled up and as well as keep your skin cells nourished. If your skin cells are nourished this will help in increased skin elasticity which keeps your skin looking taut but also giving it that "glowing look". Adequate amount of water also prevents fine lines and wrinkles that may appear with age.
Our body has an internal body cleanser which relies on water to help get rid of all toxins that may be causing us harm. A regular intake of water works with circulation, digestion and the kidneys to flush out bacteria that may be causing issues to the skin like pimples, and or acne.
Who doesn't want to shed a couple of pounds.. Did you know you could loose weight by drinking water as well? Drinking chilled water triggers weight loss because your body burns calories to keep it's temperature at par aiding in weight loss.
Everyone looks for that simple little boost to get them going. Lack of water in our body can cause dehydration. Cells are made of water and other nutrients and also carry out oxygen to the body and brain. If there is not enough water to support the movement of oxygen, it leaves the brain and body feeling fatigued. 6-8 glasses of water is the best energy boost one can get!
